Imagine for a moment that you were 100 pounds overweight.
May be you are a bit overweight, or may be you have been, or may be you know someone that has this issue.This way you can imagine how it feels to carry 100 pound of potatoes without a way to put it down.
Of course, if someone could just snap fingers, melt down the fat right away, youd be ecstatic.Wouldn't it be great if someone could wave magic wand over your head and remove that load off your shoulders?
