I was like that too at first.
I thought that IF I were to give others control over the sensitive tasks,it would ruin my business.However, when I learned how to document every process, I realized that I could create a step-by-step guidance on how I want certain tasks to be done.
This allows me to quantify the process without worrying too much about the outcome, as I could pretty much predict the result I am going to receive from others who follwed the documentation I handed out to them.

Here is food for thought: People do NOT know your vision more than you do. If they knew your ideas and business plans in your head, why in the world would thay have to run the business for you?
Seriously, they could do it themeselves!
In order for them to do exactly what you are looking for, you need tofind out how much money you would make (in return), by having them work on a certain task you REQUIRE them to do. If it produces at least TEN TIMES the return on your investment, then ABSOLUTELY!
