Systemization is the key to taking your business to the next level. Long before I documented every process in my business , I felt that i was a SLAVE of my own monster. (Well, I shiuld called it "empire")
The bigger my business is, the ore hours I needed to put onto it. Not only was it inefficeint, but it was killing my chances of growing my business on a larger scale. I remember those wee hours, where I had to work 18-20 hours a day. Not only was it painful, my family almost did not recognize who I was either. :-) (This was the time, i was challenge to create Processess and macros, digging super automation techniques that will comply any social media platform like facebook) Lets talk about this later on the last Secret Skill.

"How Do You Create Systemization
For Your Business?"
When I asked this very same question to my students, they used the word "delegate". If the word delegate is that simple, why is it that many entrepreneurs are NOT able to BREATH the life into thewir business?
Very simple!
Business is NOT all about traffic and conversion. By only knowing these two skills you are only going to get sa far. howver, in order to become truly successful in your business, you need to do whatever it takes to document the whole process on your "traffic" and "Converson"

Think about this...
Let's say. in order to keep your blog traffic increasing all the time, you need to do at leasr 3-4 quality contents per day. If you were to do it alone, it will take you 4 hours a day. Not only is this not efficient, but this also the reason why you drain the most of your energy.
On the other hand, if you know how to calculate your Return On Investment (ROI), just by continuing to post 3-4 post a day, you are able to maitain your exixting traffic of 1,000 unique visitors per day. (This gives a leverage of 30,000 unique visitors per month).
Just say, if the 30,000 unique visitors generates youa bout 600 sales (2% sales ratio), which equals to $60,000 per month ($97 Product). Wouldn't it be appropriate to delegate 4 hours posting time to someone who is qualified for $500 per month?
